On Saturday, Josh attended his first wedding. 5 1/2 months old. He looked so handsome in his suit. As you can see from the pictures, he wore a gray pin-striped suit with a vest and tie. It was adorable. The wedding took place in Richmond. It was the wedding of Scott and Kathy Swanjord. Close friends of Keith. The wedding was really nice and Josh partied like a rock star! He partied so hard that he slept until 11am the next day!!!!!

Josh Rolled Over
Josh has been rolling over from his belly to his back for a while now. He is a squirmy one and often, we will find him at the bottom of the crib in the morning. (Having rolled around throughout the night). This morning I woke up and went into Josh’s nursery and he was lying on his belly. I said, “good morning Josh”. He lifted his head and gave me a big smile.

Josh's First Word...
"Da Da". For weeks, I have been trying to get Josh to say "Ma Ma". He has been cooing a while now, and I knew it wouldn't be too long before he uttered his first word. But, as we were changing Josh for bed tonight, the word came out "Da Da". I only carried him for 9 months in my belly and am his main food source, but no, he won't say "Ma Ma". It is "Da Da" for now.

5 Months
On Monday, Josh turned 5 months. With each passing month, I keep saying, "I can't believe Josh is already 3 months. I can't believe Joshua is already 4 months". Now, I really can't believe it has already been 5 months. I feel like it was just yesterday that I was still pregnant and that Joshua was born. Joshua is all smiles now, and I think he is going to be a "ham" for the camera.

Joshua's First Cold
Poor Joshy. He has his first case of the sniffles. I think he might have gotten sick from his travel over the weekend to Florida, maybe from the plane. Josh feels pretty bad. He is really stuffy and congested, and he doesn't understand why he can't breathe and why he feels the way he does. Of course, the nose aspirator is his enemy. Keith and I anticipated long nights ahead of us. Surprisingly, it hasn't been as bad as we thought. Josh has been up a little at night but he has learned how to sleep through it, for the most part. Today is day 3 with the cold, and he is already acting and sounding better.

Quick Last Minute Trip to Florida
This weekend, we took a quick trip to Florida. Bubby Evelyn, Josh's Great-Grandmother is really sick, so we took a trip to cheer her up. We flew down with Cousin Maya and Aunt Jeni, and Josh did so well on the plane. Grandmom Adele and Grandpop Terry were really happy to spend some time with their grandson.
